BESPOKE

We design and deliver unique apparel that is functional, fit-for-purpose and looks fantastic.

COLLABORATIVE

We work together to tailor a solution that is unique for you, and best reflects your vision for your brand and team.

EXPERIENCED

We’re industry experts with a vast knowledge of textiles and apparel and a robust supply model that includes both local and international partners/suppliers.

ETHICAL

We believe a better world starts with a better business, whether that’s ensuring fair working conditions or delivering on end-of-lifecycle initiatives.

“Uniforms must do more than look good, they must function well too; they must be fit-for-purpose with the comfort and durability required by staff so that they last as long as possible whilst looking good and delighting wearers. We spend a great deal of time in testing and research; the balance between cost, performance, and style is a specialist area where we add significant value.”

Kiwi businesses we work with

We work with every kind of business and organisation – from sports teams to corporate and frontline staff – to supply ethical-made and sustainable textiles - from uniforms and apparel to PPE.

Services we offer

From custom designing solutions with you to ensuring old textiles don’t end up in landfills, we work to deliver over-and-above for you.

  • We provide full design services and create bespoke items to your specifications. We also customise new or existing styles, adding that personal touch with print, embroidery, patches and badges.

  • We have the capability to not only sample and develop products but to do so with precision and expertise. Our experienced team is well-equipped to bring your ideas and concepts to life. This process involves meticulous attention to detail, from initial design and prototyping to rigorous testing and refining, ensuring that the end result aligns perfectly with your vision and meets the highest standards of quality and performance. At every step, we work closely with our clients to create products that not only meet their requirements but exceed expectations.

  • We source from both local and offshore fabric mills to find the right fabrics for your business. We know our makers by name and, because our supply chain is vertically integrated, we’re in full control of your job at every stage. No excuses. No surprises.

  • We have a tight knit team in our central warehouses. They're experts in inventory management and distribution, and you can deal with them directly. They can help you with all order enquiries and more.

  • We take care of your inventory, so you can take care of business. Placing purchase orders, sales orders, size curves and production quantities – we can do it all for you. Our predictive systems can also manage and track delivery timeframes, and reduce your environmental impact.

  • We run end-of-life initiatives in collaboration with local social enterprises. Our goal is to divert as many items from landfill as possible. When items are in good condition, we clean, repurpose and redirect them to communities that have use for them.

Customers like you have asked…

  • As a bespoke service, we don’t have minimum order quantities but rather look at your overall need and find a solution that fits.

  • Next working day for items held in stock.

7 - 14 days for items onshore requiring customisation.

Fully bespoke from 4 weeks depending on the project.

Development of a complete range including production 3 - 9 months, depending on size and scope.

  • Yes - From ZQ Merino, GOTS, OEKO-TEX® etc. we can source exactly what you need.

  • Most customers chose to have a core range from 2XS to 5XL however as we are a bespoke solution we can make any size. Need extra leg length - no problems. By keeping fabric in stock we can offer a special order service on any customisation from just 1 garment.

The fitting process is part of our product development phase culminating in wearer trials with selected staff. Wearer trials usually take 2 weeks, followed by a focus group to discuss feedback or individual surveys, any amendments can then be made for pre-production samples and final sign off.

  • Whilst we have always offered repair and alteration services in our in-house facility in Auckland, when we started supplying uniforms for corporates outside Auckland (and in much higher volumes) we had to find a more practical solution for alterations & repairs, the solution was partnering with LOOKSMART. https://www.looksmartalterations.co.nz/ With fast turn around (usually within 24 hours) & convenient locations they fitted perfectly and complimented our own solution. We negotiated flat rates with LOOKSMART, so when an alteration/repair is needed our customers can purchase the voucher online and send/take the garment to the preferred branch. It’s a cashless practical alternative for companies since the alteration costs will fall under the uniform invoice we send at the end of the month.
